Portland City Hall is getting an eco-roof! ARG’s re-roof and exterior rehabilitation design for Portland City Hall was approved by the City’s Historic Landmarks Commission, as profiled in an article by the Oregon Daily Journal of Commerce. Portland City Hall was constructed in 1895; ARG’s design will introduce an eco-roof to the building, bringing the historic structure into the modern realm.
