The Overland project was an adaptive reuse and rehabilitation of the Redlands Chamber of Commerce (constructed in 1912) into a high-fidelity cocktail bar (The Overland). It included demolition of a non-historic addition, construction of a new restroom addition, plaza, and patio structure, new MEP systems, and interior renovations. The Overland is a focal point in downtown Redlands and the rehabilitation completed by ARG looks to preserve Redlands’ rich cultural and architectural heritage.
