Trocadero Clubhouse Restoration complete! Architectural Resources Group (ARG) and ARG Conservation Services (ARG/CS) had the privilege of collaborating on this project with San Francisco Recreation and Park Department. ARG served as the architect of record while ARG/CS served as the general contractor for the restoration of the Trocadero Clubhouse after an 85-foot eucalyptus tree fell on the building’s roof during a storm in March 2023. The Trocadero is a 19th-century roadhouse in the Stick-Eastlake architectural style, located within San Francisco’s Sigmund Stern Grove Park. It is designated as a San Francisco Landmark. The restoration was featured on Bay Area news outlets.
